Hopefully I am not boring all with my raining/umbrella series but by now I must say that I start to feel delighted with playing with the effects and compositions on the same theme.
It started on the beginning of the month when I got a fabulous result with "Coloring My World" (
http://365project.org/carrapeta00/365/2011-12-02). I was out of ideas and decided to give a try with editing.
Last week I´ve done similar shots based on the same idea, and also got wonderful feedback for "Framed in Ghost Town"(
http://365project.org/carrapeta00/365/2011-12-26) and "It´s Raining Again" (
http://365project.org/carrapeta00/365/2011-12-27) which made 7th - amazing!!!!! - place.
So... for those of you curious... the weather here is just as nasty as I ever seen... it is not only raining but also foggy.

My Dettachment Process:
I´ve said before that I would love to include a shot from the ugly garage of my building complex, and since we are soon to hit road here it is.

On Editing:
This shot was fun... I´ve tonemapped it twice... first just enhanced the lighting and tones and after tonemapped it again using grunge. This time I´ve also done a bit more contrast to enhance the floor and the textures on the doors.
Thinking about what Jani has said once about the sky this time I´ve also done a bit of smoothing to make it look more natural. And also considering the comments of Juliette Packman I paid extra attention on the position of the hands, face, and handle from the umbrella.
I hope you guys like as much as I do ;)
If you have a bit time please see large.
