I must confess this was taken by my husband a few minutes ago from the window of our home in the mountains. But I find it so extraordinary and emotionslly charged that I wanted to share it with my 365 friends.
Lovely. I agree. Has a tremendous mystical quality from the darkness and the light and just a slight lack of sharpness. Is that snow or grass that is light behind it.? At first I thought it was water. But now I think probably snow. But I can imagine seeing the deer’s face even though it only in silhouette. I am only looking on my phone now. Anxious to see it better on my monitor at home.
