The road that goes from Passo Falzarego towards the Agordo valley has nice turning curves. I went up the pass, with my tripod, waiting for night to fall. It was cold (2°C) and windy, and not many cars were passing, but in the end I succeeded in obtaining the trails I was hoping for! Best on black!
What a sight to capture -- and your enduring the cold and wind certainly was worthwhile! I love the combination of head and tail lights from both ends against the white snow. Fabulous, Caterina!
@domenicododaro I have been looking for the appropriate point for the longest time. And finally I found it. Now there is a new one I want to try, but I’m not sure is very safe
@jyokota@taffy@angelicavr when you will come to Cortina I will take you There and we’ll wait together for the darkness to come. Perhaps with hot tea in a thermos. I had not thought of that this time
I'm in awe of your winter night pictures. They are so very well done, and the really touch me in my soul. It is such a wonderful place and you are able to put all the beauty and details into these pictures. I'm not sure if you are aware how extremly your photography improved, since you startet here. Your constant learning and bringing all technical thinks into questions pays off. Hat's off, for your Dolomite series.
@mona65 thank you Mona for all your comments and fav’s. I’m really moved by your words. You know how much I admire you and your photography, therefore nothing could make me happier than your appreciation
