@caterina Pie lesson! Oh, my. . . . Bill would have been delighted and surprised because he was the pie baker. I can't wait to be with you and learn how to make such a gorgeous pie. (I'm still figuring out how to buy a flat chicken but I think I have found a place that may have it.)
