Wonderfully moody. Might I suggest cloning out the wire and cropping of the little bit of building top left? It sure is a shot worthy of a bit of extra effort

This shot is a wistful beauty, delightfull moody. I agree with Jane @jgpittenger about the little bit of building and the wire, but I would suggest using the Healing Brush in Photoshop if you have that app. Just google removing wires in Photoshop, it's very easy.

Drat - I missed the GIF - but it is a beautiful shot. And just wonderful on black. I wonder if a thin black border would help give slightly the same effect as the full on Black background? Just a thought...
