@missyrosebee I don't know what happens there. I haven't really seen much action there. I tried to check the tax records to figure out what kind of business was there, but it's held in some ladies name. She pays a heck of a lot of taxes on it if it is sitting vacant.
While I was trying to find out about this, I accidentally found out that just across the street there company called Great American Art Works. They manufacture handmade art pastels and are considered to be an excellent quality product. Who knew something like that was just 2 blocks down the street from me?
