Our granddaughter, Felicity, in her last dance of her last dance recital. She has decided that she does not wish to continue with lessons once she enters high school next year as she wants to concentrate on school and other pursuits. I was not supposed to take any photos so this was taken with my tablet and I have have edited with the intent of making it into a poster; one for Felicity and a photo version for me. She is the tall one on the right in this group of three.
oh, how she's grown! but you and i know we've been here more than 6 years and that means felicity is now 6 years older than 6 years ago when she was still a very young miss.
@summerfield i so hope she decides to go back to dance but it is her choice. school is so busy now and she really wants to concentrate on her first year of high school. she is very excited about it. she now is much taller than me. i find that very weird.
@hermann thank you. there were lights on behind them but they were not showing when i took the shot. they swirled on and off. i guess in this moment, they were off.
@henrir i am glad she took dance lessons, also. she is so relaxed on stage. she took 3 different classes so is very good, and has been taking them since she was five years old. i am quite sad she is not continuing but she will be very busy with school.
