This is a tiny little tree rose after an early evening rain. Jury duty wasn't bad - just boring. I sat until 1pm and then they dismissed those of us remaining. I have to report in the morning. I hope I actually get on a jury as it would at least be interesting. It is hard to read in all the commotion.
You are so good at capturing the glow from inside roses.. whenever I see a glowing rose now I think of you :)
My mum got onto a Jury set once, the person being tried was clearly guilty as confirmed by a witness who said they had definitely seen them there and identified them beyond any doubt. Then they added that they had seen them 'last week' there too. Seems the accused was locked up all the previous week and so the eyewitness flunked and the accused went free.....?! Mum said thank goodness she didn't have to make a decision after all!
