These 12th century French Cloisters were taken down and rebuilt in the Bahamas. It is so gorgeous. If you go to the other side it is terraced into the ocean. This side has sculptures and more gardens. I was so happy to see something blooming.
wow! that's a splendid structure and you captured here so well. i hope your nephew recovers soon. with so much i've read going on with your family, i'm really happy that you have a positive place to channel your thoughts through. you are an awesome person, cathy. sending you a virtual hug.
@grammyn Katy I miss you also. I've been so involved with trying my hand at selling shots. I do a few here and there - nothing much. Do you do Facebook at all?
@grammyn time is the issue. I've thought about the discipline of coming back here but it isn't right not to have the time to comment - and I don't. I'd love it if you'd take a look at google+ I am in the 17th round of a photography scavenger hunt that is outstanding fun and right now doing a 6 week mentorship from a photographer that I really admire. They offer lot. Check out what I've been up to...CathyDonohouePhotography@smugmug.com
@grammyn Thank you but that isn't true. I love 365. It was such a jumpstart for my photography love. Now I just can't imagine life without a camera in my hand. It keeps me sane and keeps this almost 65 year old body moving.
@grammyn I miss you also, katy. I am posting all over the web. I would come back here but the time spent in all of the "thank you" and commenting on folks work makes it difficult. I am still shooting and trying to sell my work.
