Sunflower layers by cdonohoue

Sunflower layers

I'm on a steep learning curve right now and am going to conquer layers in Photoshop if it kills me - and it just might. The only way that my 66 year old brain learns is repetition - or what is commonly known as playing. I got to spend about 15 minutes in a sunflower field last night. Due to some back and hip issues that I'm on the road to fix my standing time seems to be rather limited right now. That's not all bad as it has given birth to the writing and actually keeping a blog. Technology has grown by leaps and bounds these past years and gifted me with so very many ways to express myself. I'm having the time of my life.
Beautiful shot, Cathy.

Beautifully done - I particularly like how the flower stands out from the background and the subtle pallette.
