A quiet evening at home... in vino veritas.
Wow...looks very serene...

Excellent pix (as we say in the newspaper biz (now chiefly online)! You certainly have an eye!
I remember the summer I translated Pliny the Elder, the Roman author of "in vino veritas," for my doctoral foreign language exam. (I passed, but only by the grace of God and the help of my high-school Latin teacher, "Roman Ron"--Mr. Ronald Guerrieri, whom I called on my way home from the exam to hail as my "hero." He was terriby flattered and amused.) Anyway, I'm lying on the couch reading Pliny and eating those baby carrots that helped me gain 35 pounds in a four-month span. As I concentrate on his ekphrasis (yes), that phrase pops up. I think, "I wonder if that means what I think it means." And it did!
Heck, all newspaper reporters know that instinctively...

Beautiful pix, babe! Keep 'em comin'!

Oh, this MY kind of evening! A cozy fire and a glass of wine...oh yeah. BTW - I love the arrow through your stovepipe. Ha! :-)
