This will be our second picking of Jalapeno peppers this year! I canned the first ones in oil with garlic and other hot peppers, and these I'm hoping to use to make cream-cheese stuffed Jalapeno Poppers. I've never tried it before, but I'm going to give it a shot and also try freezing some of them for later.
Oh now that sounds interesting and good.

Wait a minute. These look purple. Besides hot....are Jalapeno's also purple?

I love the way this picture turned out. Looks as if it was taken in the early morning. I'm sure you'll enjoy my share of the peppers...this tummy if mine is a wimp!

i like to just pick them and eat them...the ones with blackish streaks can be powerful tho!

Just like our little topsy-turvey purple jalapeno! Guess it was the season for purple! I am so jealous - they look wonderful!

They are beautiful and look so good. And I bet they are beautiful with the oil and other hot peppers! And the poppers are just plain good I'm sure!
