The Architecture of Cuba

Forms in Architecture- Day 13
I am participating in the "Flash of Red" challenge- Black and white photography for the month of February with a flash of red on February 14. The theme for days 10-16 is "Forms in Architecture." I am continuing my own mini theme within the Architecture theme by taking pictures each day of a form of architecture that represents one of the many cultures that make up my very diverse city. So far, I have posted photos of Seminole Chickees, the bell tower of a Greek Orthodox Church, a Hindu Temple, and a German restaurant. No representation of the cultures in my city would be complete without including the Cuban population. Today's photo is of a typical sidewalk walk-up café serving Cuban food and, of course, strong Cuban coffee. This is one that I wish I could show you in color, because the colors are just as bright and vibrant as the personality of the Cuban people themselves.
Wonderful b&w street shot!

This looks so casual and inviting- it must indeed be cheerful in colour. :)

This is a really nice street candid too- I'm sure you'll be able to post a color version another time. There's so much to see here- good shot!
