Garden diary

We didn't even have the snow this year....
This is definitely too early for violets. I didn't expect to see her, but luckily I decided to shoot every day again, so it was in order to see what is happening in the garden after the rain...
Another news beside a violet is my new modest prime lens, 50mm, 1,8. I have to try it on all the motives I usually like to photograph. But I already think I am going to like it for its shallow DOF. It is a bit slow on focusing, but I can live with that. Time to play has come...
