Bootees

Mum (great-grandma) has knitted some bootees for the new baby, due in mid-April. They turned out larger than she had expected, and she jokingly suggested they could be used the second winter, i.e. next year!

amazing how quickly the little feet grow though, everyone makes such tiny things but a newborn will only wear them for a 3 months at most!

@dbj_365 I tried converting it to monochrome but didn't like the result - I preferred the softer skin tones of the colour version.
