Close to where we're staying this week there is a paddock (field) full of wild flowers, mostly white daisies of some kind. Today I was surprised to see cattle there, and more surprised when they came over to the fence to see me and one even let me stroke it's nose. I thought they must be eating the flowers, but the next day there were as many as ever.
