I tested a recipe for Cook's Illustrated that will be in a future issue of the magazine. This was my first time making a loaf of bread. As is typical with Cook's Illustrated, there were some special ingredients to buy and lots of bowls used. However, the end result was absolutely delicious. I'll be making this bread again. Probably soon!

Thanks for your recent comments on my brother's wedding pics. It was so easy to capture so many special moments because they are such a terrific couple, so obviously in love and are so wonderful to be around. They made their wedding day everything they truly wanted it to be. I felt lucky to be there and to "get it on film" so to speak.
