Haunting by chriswang

Haunting

photo 308
When we watch movies, people are always haunted by ghosts; however in real life, we are haunted by memories that never fade. Everyday I go to the hospital to see Chloe and my mind transports me back to the day she was born and all those haunting memories that make it feel like today.

That's makes sense...I think you will start to be able to heal better when you don't have to relive it in your head everyday because you have to keep on going to the site where it happened. The long exposure for this was an excellent choice.

I love the tones and light here, and the ghostly figures, and the wide framing.

Never know quite what to say Chris but can understand the rollercoaster of your feelings and emotions. And a wonderful shot to express this as well.

Powerful photo. I never quite know what to say either as time does not heal all wounds, but someday, when you get take Chloe home, I hope that the haunting feeling goes away when you don't have to be in that hospital any more. Thinking about you guys.

This is so neat. I've spent so much time waiting in hospital hallways and also working in them! Thinking of you and hoping that today is a good day.

actually, I find the blur of the person to really match your words. I also like where you positioned your camera

This is such a powerful image to show your feelings! It must be hard to be confronted with the memories of such a traumatic day every time you are there - I hope there are more and more good days for all of you!

Great shot - I think @5unflow3r Is right - much better when you're out and about rather than having to keep going back through it.
