Heart warmer

Chloe is now 5 weeks old and she hit 1300 grams (2lb, 14oz). Since she is still so premature, I've probably held her for less than 10 minutes so far but today I got to hold her for a few minutes as her nurse fixed her bed. These are the moments that make life so special. She warms and melts my heart.
