Putting a little light on the subject

photo 23
An older photo I took in January. Yesterday I decided to do some experimenting with processing, which I rarely do. My favorite wildly processed shot was from a year ago: http://365project.org/cimes1/365/2011-04-22

I am overwhelmed by all your photos. Check out my recent collection of favs:

Well ... what a wonderful job you did, Carole. Processing can be fun altho I rarely do it either. I love your photo done this way ... adds alot of beautiful color and interest.

@karenann Thank you, Karenann. I'm more of a realist when it comes to taking photos, but once in a while it's fun to add some wild effects ;-)

Gives is a neat look. I am learning processing, but slowly!! This is very different and pretty.

I love the summery colors and yet the coolness of the blue, like a beautiful day before the heat takes over

This does look cool Carole! How did you process this? Did it have a name or did you just change several different things? Saw your "egg" pic from before... Funny! Thanks for posting favs! I really appreciate you!

The colors are popping! Very cool processing!

@wannabe Catherine, thank you for your sweet comments as always. Quite honestly I don't remember exactly how I processed this....LOL. I think I pressed the HDR button and added some boost effects in Picmonkey. I just wanted to do something to enhance an otherwise boring shot.
