I took this same photo but in the opposite direction. You will see it if you go to my page. Looks like you went a different time of the day and may have used some special effects on this photo. It came out great. Our capitol building is a beautiful place to take photos as are a lot of other places. Glad that someone mentioned seeing your photo on pp today.
