The smell and taste of cinnamon is one of my favorite things on the planet! I don't like it too strong but after mixed with a bit of sugar, I feel as if I entered the realm of heavenly bliss. :)
~I'm feeling ten times better since last week! I little bit of congestion but manageable. Thanks for all the kind comments so far. Caught up with a few of you but still have to take some time and catch up with the rest. Stay cinnamony happy (I know that's not a real word but I like it)!
ooooh! i love cinnamon and anything cinnamon-y! i once had it for three weeks with honey in the morning with my warm water, lowered my cholesterol considerably. it's a good thing to have around. of course, it's best sprinkled on pancakes or french toast! aces, CJ. aces!
This made me smile because it reminded of when my daughter and a friend did a cinnamon challenge a couple of years ago. They had to eat a teaspoon full of cinnamon. Suffice to say it didn't go down well and neither of them have been able to even bear the smell of cinnamon since!
@summerfield - I knew cinnamon had some kind of health benefits but wasn't sure what. That's awesome it played a part in lowering your cholesterol. Mmm cinnamon French toast & pancakes...and waffles!!! :)
