Thanks everyone for the comments on yesterday's leaf shot and for helping it make the Pop Page! Loving all this brisk weather and the slightly browner leaves in our area that I wanted to do another. Autumn has been gone so long that it almost feels prehistoric. ;)
@lyndemc - Hi Denise!! Good to hear from you again! Thanks so much! We're missing your awesome photos too...but your month of brown last November continues to inspire! :D
Thanks so much everyone for all the recent comments! I see a few of you found the hidden dino!! You're getting better at this...or maybe my "prehistoric" hint gave it away. :P
For those who didn't see it: the dinosaur is found underneath the top-right leaf. :)
@shylaine3304 - Really? I'm usually the one to get jealous of everyone's "real" Fall colors but, you know, these colors are really nice to have. You don't know what you got til it's gone. ;) How many more months do you guys have until Fall?
yeah you're telling me, I moved to FL from Chicago about 2 years ago. I don't have fall here in FL :( everything is green all the frick fracking time. I Miss all the colors in Chicago so very much. Where are you from??
ah just read you are from CA, I was raised in San Diego. CA and FL are both sunny all the time so you are pretty much in the same boat, funny you managed to find some fall colors
@shylaine3304 - Yep I'm a California Boy, grown and raised. :D I didn't realize that FL didn't get all the seasons. I just know it gets crazy humid in the summer. Still, I'd love to visit one day. Also didn't know you lived in San Diego, I love visiting there! A few of the trees in our neighborhood actually change with the seasons, not very colorful, but still a nice change of pace.
yeah we get nothing for the seasons, if you are ever in south FL let me know! would love to go shooting xo. CA is so beautiful, My parents are living there now in Chula Vista, how far are you from there?
Missin' 365 so much. Almost every day I toy with coming back. You inspire me ...
