Ever since I started this project (6 years ago), I've used my trusty Pentax K10D. It's an amazing camera that gave me truckloads of fun photos. But I felt it was time to upgrade. The new kid on the block is the Pentax K-3ii. One difference is that my previous camera was 10 megapixels while this one is 24. It's also a tad lighter, quieter, and has a mode that captures still subjects very well, all perfect for my toy photography excursions.
As you can tell, I'm not the only one with a new camera. CJ the Legographer has one too! So for the reminder of the month, I'll try to get used to my new camera as we explore CJ using his. :)
~I'll be super busy tomorrow so probably won't get around to posted until Thursday. See ya'll then!
Congratulations. It looks really cool. You and CJ are going to have a lot of fun with your new toys (cameras). I love the green background. It's perfect.
Congrats on the new camera- although I'm sure it's you that produces those creative masterpieces and not the camera. But it sure is exciting when you can get a new one. Looking forward to seeing the "new and improved" photos from both of you!
Your camera is very nice, but I am jealous of cj's camera. Where ever did he find such a nice one? My little friends have been looking for a camera for ever so long and everything they find is barely identifiable as a camera.

Yup - envy is felt. :-)
And a happy birthday, fellow Aquarius (my birthday is also 16 feb)
