Fred and I like to cook simple recipes. Toss the chicken into some butter and rosemary and top it with mash potatoes. It may seem complicated but it's easy peasy with practice. Fred has made the meal so much that he just relaxes as it cooks now. :)
Really busy with family at the moment but will get back on track soon. :)
