The package of these cookies called them Oven-baked Fudge Striped Shortbread Cookies. Snack companies sure know how to name there brands in a why that makes me want them even more! Really liked how the delicious lines of sweet fudge was running across their crispy surface. Looks like I'm not too bad at these descriptions too. :)
