(Day 307) - A Study of Marine Life

An inside peek at a marine biologist's underwater base. They're hard at work learning new things to protect the ocean. It can also be a dangerous job. Thankfully, these waters are known for being fairly safe...or so they've heard. :)
How adorable!

Too cool as usual...ok, so my challenge is to get into your comp details..nice difference in space on left and right...and the balance of stingray (is that what the dark animal in the foreground is) with the shark (?) fin seen through the right side ..I always enjoy the treasure hunt you sent me on because I know how thoughtfully you set these up....thank you for making me so much more conscious...I'm hoping it carries over to my own shots

@granagringa - Haha thanks for taking the time to check out the photo so throughly. Yep that's a stingray, I like the sea-life feel it added to the photo. I was wondering if someone was going to notice the shark fin though! It's fun adding little details like this in photos that have an array of subjects. Reminds me of "Where's Waldo?" haha
