It's been a while since I took photos of Fred the Frog. Spring is getting closer so he's finding more flowers to pose with.
Back in March, I photographed my froggy friend differently each week. He gave a behind-the-scenes look at where I take some of my photos, explored nature, became a cook (with a little chef hat), and even gave some quotes of wisdom.
My favorite, though, was getting these wacky photos of him with flowers! Who knew they made such a good hat. Plus, the fragrance was amazing!
Edit: Thanks to @grammyn, I found out that the name of this flower is Angel's Trumpet. :)
@francoise - Thanks Francoise! The actually grow on a tree. Thanks for trying! It looks like Katy (@grammyn) has slyly identified it for us! It's called an Angel's Trumpet!
@grammyn - Thanks for catching that typo Katy! I'm so happy I can count of you to catch my typos!! Also thanks for identifying the flower. Such an appropriate name.
@joysabin - Haha I've actually had never heard of a panache hat before looking it up. Learn something new every day.
@kjarn - Oh wow!! That would have been an incredible shot but poor Fred. Definitely happy it's a flower too!
@cruiser - Actually did not know that before looking it up! Good too know! Thankfully a frog's nose is very good at detecting food that can harm them so he's safe. :D
