CJ and I got our ramen!!!! We went to an awesome vendor in Grand Central Market called Ramen Hood.
This is spicy ramen made with sunflower seed broth, mushrooms, bean sprout, scallions, chili threads, and nori (which is Japanese edible seaweed).
Interesting to note, this place is 100% vegan and it tasted absolutely incredible! It was neat that the big mushrooms even had the consistency of meat. It was sooo seriously delicious. CJ was grubbin' before even taking a photo. 🍜😋
