Yesterday I saw a customer of ours in a queue to enter a shop, chatted with her and told her I was on way to work and joined queue to go into shop. Person in front of me in queue offered to swap places so I'd get into shop quicker. Now THAT was kind, as I wasn't late for work, by too much!!!

I do hope CJ doesn't lose his hand to the dinosaur
