A little touch of spring

It's been another cold and cloudy day. I found these little flowers on a tree in the woods. I'm not sure what they are, but I like them.

Beautifully framed - love the fresh, stark white, against the dark background. Glad you found some colour in your day.

@fitzgibbon Thanks! I need to visit my mother. Her daffodils are blooming. Mine aren't and she lives about a mile down the road! Of course, she has a green thumb and I definitely do not. :0)

Think it is very early apple blossom. If not, is definitely fruit of some sort. Keep a watch later in the year and see what materialises.

@anitahoyle @pyrrhula I found out these blossoms are from a Bradford Pear tree. It's an ornamental tree. I'm not sure how it got to be in wooded area I have. Now I know why I've been having to take allergy pills.:0)

Thanks for the info. Have some fruit trees in pots in my garden, apple pear and plum. Thought it was similar to the blossom I saw last spring. Nothing on mine yet!
