Today was a beautiful day. It was actually 80 degrees! It was also very,very windy! Everyone was having a bad hair day, if they were outside.
I captured this Hairy Woodpecker at my mom's house. I see mostly Downy Woodpeckers at my house. My followers are probably glad I captured anything besides a bee or a flower. :0)
Tomorrow's forecast is calling for severe weather with the possibility of thunderstorms, hail, high wind, and tornados. I really hope they are wrong!
What a sensational capture and a wonderful caption. It made me smile. Hope the weather forecast is inaccurate - they so often are when predicting good weather - hope they've got it wrong predicting your storms.
