Life in the slow lane by cjwhite

Life in the slow lane

We had sunshine and blue skies today. The wind was still chilly. It's supposed to frost tonight.

I was surprised to see bees and butterflies today, after our temps yesterday. No chances for a butterfly snap. The ones I saw were in a big hurry. :0)

I was overwhelmed by the responses to my post yesterday. Thank you for your kind words. I love this community. This project and all the wonderful people I have come to think of as my 365 friends have helped me through some tough times in my life this year. :0)
I could use a little "Life in the slow lane" right now. This really a beautiful photo . . love the pof and the clarity of him. That shell is such a gorgeous color. So much beauty around us to observe!

This is a really great snail closeup. It's nice to see there is sun somewhere! We've had three straight days of non-stop cold rain. Cute caption too!

Hey Carolyn - this is a really great shot. Did you use a macro len? I like your comment about 365 friends. At the beginning I didn't care if there were any comments about my pictures but now I look forward to hearing from my new friends. Everyone is so supportive and kind.
