Daisy Duo

I found a single wild daisy in the edge of the woods. I was taking pics of it and some little friends came to visit. I sat down on the slightly damp ground and snapped away. A big scary red ant tried to join the party by crawling on my leg. I declined his entrance!

I'm sure me sitting on the ground at the edge of the woods gave my neighbors something interesting to talk about. :0)

Thank you for your kind comments and faves on yesterday's pics!!! I really appreciate the encouraging words on finding subjects for my project. I have a pic for my other album that's outside my boundaries dedicated to Paula@pwallis. :0)

Great close up, the pickings must be getting pretty slim this late in the season.

If my mom had been there, she'd have been sure to tell you that you will get hemorrhoids from sitting on the damp ground. :-)

This photo is great! I love that when it gets colder out the bugs all have to share.

You're still managing to find insects and flowers. Nice closeup. I'm glad I surrounded by trees and my neighbors can't see me. I hate being the subject of conversation.

@soozieqt Thank you! Mine are gone now. We had another hard frost and there were no wildflower survivors.
