When I was looking through today's pics, I saw this one of Princess and realized I haven't posted a pic of her in a long time. She was one of the first cats in my project and she is the oldest outside cat now. She's the mom to several of the younger cats.
She first appeared in my project back in January. I looked back at the pic and even though she still has close to the same expression, I think my photography skills have improved a little. You can see her at http://365project.org/cjwhite/365/2011-01-12.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments and faves on yesterday's bird pics!!! I have one more pic tomorrow and my 365 Project will be completed. I have been worrying about how I want to end my first year all week. I'm really not good at setting pics up. My husband said I should do what I always do and let the last pic find me tomorrow. I think that's what I'll do. We're supposed to have sunshine. That will definitely help me out! :0)
I have not been able to post or comment for three or 4 days...you are FINISHED as of tomorrow?! You are going to keep shooting/posting though...right?! Yes! You are! You have to. Princess is very dainty the way she is carefully stepping out on the limb...just very regal like her name. And your photography and camera are better now!

I like your husband's theory Carolyn - I wondered what I would post today as my last pic, then presto, over breakfast with my cheeky menagerie, there was today's photo. I've had a quick look back over my project too and now value it as a brilliant visual diary of my year. It's been awesome getting to know you and your little menagerie of kitty cats - and it's good to see Princess again. Glad you're going to keep on going. Kind of sucks you in doesn't it?? LOL
@cjwhite Me too! Me too! Yay. Glad you are not going to quit. I finish my year in June. I will feel good that I "did it" and I may not post every single day...may not carry my camera as obsessively but I will keep on taking photos! Just with less pressure to get something in the calendar spot, But knowing my OCD nature, I'll probably still try to put one a day up...
It only seems fitting that Princess wrap up the year if she was there for the start of the project. I love all white legs. Wishing you all the best for the New Year.
What a difference between your first shot of her and this one! She's beautiful in both, of course:) But yes, I can see a definite improvement there!! Can't believe tomorrow's our last day!

She does justice to her name! This is picture perfect for a greeting card. I am so happy to hear that you will stay with the project...your would be so missed if you didn't. Can't wait to see #365! Happy New Year!
