who knew they would have feet like that?? do these caterpillars make you itchy if you come in contact with them or where they have been?

@hrs Yes, I've read that the Tussock caterpillar hairs can be very painful. I am very careful not to touch them. The Wooly Bear caterpillars are harmless. I've held many of them in my hands over the years.
