I saw Red-Breasted Nuthatches, a Downy, a White-Breasted Nuthatch, a Red-Bellied Woodpecker, and a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker. We have Pilated Woodpeckers in my area, but I've only seen one once and it was at my Mama's house. 😍

I wasn't aware that Nuthatch was in the same family as Woodpeckers.

I stand corrected. I've always thought of them as woodpeckers because of their looks and behavior.
