My daffodils are blooming. My Grandmother planted these in my yard. She's been gone for almost eighteen years now. Despite my poor gardening skills, they have survived.

Beautiful photo Carolyn. My Grandmother planted buttercups too. And purple iris. I love them to this day. I don't know if hers are still there. The house my Grandfather built (with his own hands) is no longer in our family, and l live too far away to go check it out.
I think daffodils are very hardy. Once I tried them in my garden and they didn't sprout - perhaps your climate doesn't suit them. Beautiful capture and nicely composed.
Nice composition. I love Buttercups. I don't know why mine haven't bloomed this year unless it because my husband piled to many leaves on them this fall.
