This is eastburry manor house in Barking. We had a tour inside and the man told us to go over to the fire place and look up the chimney! I saw a few others go forward and look as scenes of marry Poppins flashed through my head and I half expected everyone to disappear up the chimney as they stood and gazed. I was quite disappointed to find that this wasn't going to happen!
Great chimney shot! There are no chimneys in my country (tropical weather all year round, ack, too hot) so this is very interesting for me to look at. I like the texture of the bricks, too! And the title is cute. I sung it in my head. 8D
that's a great building - something is nagging around in the back of my mind that that's an amazing building with all sorts of history - from some talk I went to
@pwallis lol oh dear sorry bout that sing the English national anthem its the song that clears all songs out of your head without getting stuck there its self! Well it works for me any way! Lol
@sharonthompson lol yes indeed althouh this has never worked for me maybe coz I only know bad jokes! Lol (but stll not enough to join the tea party fun)!
