At long last we got our Halloween!

I drew a bat on my face, to match my brand new leggings, and piled on as much sparkle and glitter and glow as I possibly could. I gathered up most of the decorations and off we went, eager to enforce Halloween on our friends.

Thanks to the help of all the nails, screws, and thumbtacks left in the walls by the previous tenants decorating was a breeze. We played Red Flags, which was a ridiculous amount of fun, before heading off to the library. The guys were finally able to get cards and I scooped up a pile of random books to try.

Then it was back to their apartment to watch Young Frankenstein and play my first ever round of Battleship. We all piled back into the car and went back to our own apartment for a dinner of meat and potatoes before going back to their's once more. We watched From Dusk Till Dawn, which neither of them had ever seen before, and took one final trip back to our apartment.

I was dropped off and the boys departed for the last time, eager to get to more movies and games.

It wasn't quite the Halloween I envisioned but it sure was fun!
Sounds like you had a fun evening. And how great to get into the spirit of the season.

Don't know how you took this photo - or was it in a mirror! A fun time for you!
