This is a female hummingbird that was in my parents' backyard in Kerrville, Texas. The male was green, but he didn't come close enough for me to photography. Maybe tomorrow...
What a fantastic shot! These little chaps are so tiny and fast, you've done a great job! Try and set up a feeding tray for them, or some sugar water, and hopefully you'll get the male too.
