Shredded Wheat!

This factory is what Welwyn Garden City was once famous for: the shredded wheat factory! Sadly now closed and disused, the building is however listed. view from the Railway Station.

Yes it's sad to see the building fall into disrepair now it's closed. Even it's listed it's a shame a new use can't be found for it.

Wonder where Shredded Wheat is made now. I just looked them up and was horrified to realise it's now a Nestlé product.

Oh, I used to love Shredded Wheat! It's always a shame to see closed down buildings. Nicely captured though.
