Like the corner shot Corinne, you can get great texture shots on timber close in, lovely colour on the chalet. what might be helpful you could use f16 and above to get more sharpness towards the back of photo. Use your tripod for all your shot's if you can.

So you can see procession of shepherds, severals herds of cows, people wearing traditional and colorful costume, flowers....Some cows have those bells around their neck
I have seen once a sort of "concert" with 3 mens carrying and swinging their bells to produce "a sort of music" !
