It’s a tradition every Christmas in our house , I bake 2/3 Linz Torte (a traditional Austrian pastry).
My mother in law was German, and this pastry is also very popular in Germany, so to please my husband and to remind him this taste of childhood, I use the special recipe from my mother in law.
My husband loves when it’s a bit “hard” so that’s why I do several : the first we eat is soft and the last is hard as a rock !

@marlboromaam dont trust the color : it’s the raspberries jam that looks a bit dark brown ( because of the sugar), but it is still soft under ... until next week !
