@sarahdphoto a gasthaus (restaurant) in Switzerland. These big belts with bells were worn by the cows but nowadays it's more folkloric...
At the beginning of spring, cows are "wearing" them to go to the high mountains pastures .....and do it again at the end of the summer when they are coming back. It makes a lot of noise, but it's very joyful !
