Love that dish I always order when I go to this restaurant in Lausanne : it’s a simple sashimi of thuna with a very good vinaigrette but the little yellow flower on the top makes the difference : you chew it first and then your sashimi , and you have the sensation to have electricity in the mouth , fun and good !
