I think I would enjoy this as salmon is a favorite of mine. I like the close up of the grains of salt and sugar and the dill weed through the walls of the glass dish.
@marlboromaam it’s half sugar/half salt plus fresh aneth , pink berries ….then it goes to the fridge +/- 15 hours and you can star to eat in thin slices or in small cubes , it’s melting and taste very good
@randystreat I’m like you, I like salmon a lot and use to buy very often , so I have several recipes to change ;) try it I’m sure you are going to like , I eat this with just patatoes or a salad
