Murraya and insect

Entomology is not my strong-suit, so I have no idea what this insect is.
The murraya however, is an environmental weed. A sweet-smelling, cloudy-white environmental weed.

Update - thanks to @bobfoto and @robv, it is a crane fly - Nephrotoma australasiae
Crane Fly? But let's ask @robv - if he's not shooting something!!!!

@bobfoto Jason is spot on, it's a Crane Fly(I wouldn't shoot it! Targets only.). Maybe Nephrotoma australasiae, nice capture.
