Today should have been our 17th wedding anniversary. When I promised to love him until death, I never thought death would separate us so soon - 12 and a half years of marriage was all we got. Luckily, we also got two of the most wonderful, clever, thoughtful, loving, beautiful children in that time.
I do OK most of the time, but on days like this, I miss him more than ever..... he really was one of the most wonderful humans I have ever met.
