The farmer was out in the field on Monday night checking on the cows. This cute little one was born today, it's still a bit wobbly on it's legs and I do hope it's warm enough in the cold wind.
Having been raised on a farm I expect mom and the others will surround it during the night so it should be ok. What a great image though to get a calf shortly after birth. It is amazing though that within minutes they can stand and walk, but it takes us weeks to do the same.
